While the kids are away...........

........the parents will play !

We had a great get together at Dickson Farm in Morgan, Utah yesterday. Thank you so much for coming. We hope to make this an annual event - even AFTER our Elders get home, so if we missed you this year, plan on NEXT YEAR - the Saturday BEFORE the 24th of July. Check out the pics here.

What an amazing evening. It was fun to meet each one of you.

We feel so fortunate to meet the wonderful parents of young men that our son will be serving with. The gospel brings people together in unexpected ways.

Thank you so much for your willingness to share your experiences with us. We look forward to keeping in touch through email and future
gatherings together!

Gwen and Roger, your place was perfect for everyone. The kids had so much fun. What a great way for them to make new friends!

Million thanks to all!

Hey Gwen and Roger!!

Yes, we made it home last night.. we laughed all the way home.. I can't believe how much fun we had... ( it could be.. because I didn't have my kids... haha.. sorry).. anyway.. It was just what I needed.. Just to be able to relate and hear more stories... I feel like we've all been friends for years.. I can't believe how easy and comfortable we all felt... It was just GREAT!!.. It was so nice of you.. to do all the work.. and then be able to help us all out with places and names... Your truly amazing... Even this morning... we are telling people about how much fun it was...

Your family is awesome!!! Thanks for all your hard work at the BBQ. I think your idea of having it every year is a good idea. I think as the missionaries come home they will really enjoy it too. Thanks again for everything and don't forget to let Landon know that he has a "fan club". I will let you know how the blogging goes. I will also let you know when those visas come in!!!!!

I just want to thank each of you for the nice evening... What a treat on this Pioneer Holiday... Most of our son's are the first pioneers in our immediate families to make this trek of service to the Lord... We loved it. And love you!!!
And I want to especially thank the Rich's. Gwen and Roger we are ever so grateful for your kind hospitality and the beautiful surroundings you shared with us. Gwen you know how much I love you and cherish your friendship. I love to tease you about keeping me up to date and reminding me where Dallin is but I really do appreciate it and I am grateful for your knowledge of our boys mission. You make it easy for me not to have to think about it; but to just enjoy this ride.
Again thanks to everyone and I look forward to the reunion next year.

Hello Everyone! A little late but better late that never. Steve's birthday was Sunday (the big 16) and we had company all day. We had a great time with ya'll. Thanks for adopting us into the Lima North mission group. We continue to search for those of our own mission! Thanks Gwen for hosting the party. The location was great and the company even better. Thanks for you support!
